Lewis Hamilton on pole for Italian GP 2012

MONZA, Italy (TheSportsNext) September 8, 2012: McLaren drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button enjoyed a good drive on Saturday when they ended the fastest thus taking the pole position for the Italian Formula One Grand Prix.

Importantly, it was the third straight time that the McLaren drivers were the fastest to take pole position.

Felipe Massa of Ferrari finished third while his teammate Fernando Alonso, who is the championship leader, had to content with 10^thplace.
